This morning I visited Panama Road School where I met the lovely Principal, Jane Dold. I was overwhelmed by the warm welcome I received by both the teachers and students. I spent some time in the New Entrants class where I heard their beautiful singing and talked to the kids, hearing about how this extra stationery can make a difference in their learning. I also visited the other classes in the junior school where I saw how appreciative the students were of receiving some additional stationery. I donated 140 pencils and 60 erasers to the school which have 180 pupils plus 15 permanent markers for the teachers who sometimes have to provide resources for the students with their own money.
