I donated brand new exercise books, refill, notebooks, pens, pencils, colouring pencils, erasers and sharpeners to Glen Taylor School. This box of stationery was dropped off to the Principal who will then distribute the stationery to the students as they are currently doing remote learning as a result of the lockdown from COVID-19. This stationery is for their Year 1 - 3 learners who needed some extra supplies to ensure they can keep up with their work. Emily.I have been in contact with the Ministry of Education regarding how I could help students continue to learn outside of the classroom while they may not have access to internet connection or the stationery supplies. I understand that the Ministry of Education is sending out generic packs but I wanted to make sure all students are accounted for or if there are any extra or specific stationery requirements that aren’t able to be provided by the packs. I donated brand new exercise books, refill, pens, pencils, colouring pencils, highlighters and sharpeners to Panama Road School. This box of stationery was dropped off to the Principal who will then distribute the stationery to students as many of the families have limited resources at home. The stationery delivered was brand new, packed under the health and safety guidelines and was received by Paper Pens Pencils outside of the lockdown. There was also no close contact with anyone during the delivery. Stay safe! Emily. |
