Thank you so much to everyone who has donated stationery recently to Paper Pens Pencils. Your donations are greatly appreciated and will be distributed soon to low decile schools in Auckland. Emily. We have received so many donations from individuals over the last few months, thank you so much to all those who took the effort to collect and donate the stationery to Paper Pens Pencils! Your donation will be greatly appreciated by the students. Unfortunately, we do not have photos of all the stationery we have received recently. Emily.Today I donated stationery to Panmure District School. They sent me a list of their preferred stationery and I tried to meet their needs as best as possible. It was lovely to meet some of the staff and students and to know that the stationery will be well used and appreciated here. For many families it is hard to afford the required stationery needed at school so many teachers have to find ways to ensure that a child has a book and a pen or pencil so I hope this will help. Emily.Thank you so much to the Peer Service team at Takapuna Grammar who organised a collection of stationery for Paper Pens Pencils, your efforts are greatly appreciated! Emily.OSCARs is a non-profit organisation that provides low cost out of school care for families in the Marlborough region. OSCAR reached out to me for stationery for the children who come to their term and holiday programmes and provided me with a list of stationery items they needed to start off each term/holiday with. Emily. Here are some photos of stationery donated by members of the public. Thank you to those who took the effort to collect and deliver this stationery. The stationery was received following covid guidelines. Emily.Today I did a contactless drop off of stationery, particularly art supplies, to Glen Taylor School. These art supplies will be distributed to the students over the holidays as this school have had a big push on art and seen the benefits it has across the curriculum. Emily.Thank you to all those who have donated stationery over the past months, it is greatly appreciated and will be delivered to schools when it is safe to do so. I had the privilege of meeting the Principal of the school when I was donating the stationery. Emily.Today I donated stationery to Mayfield Primary School. This decile one primary school located in Ōtara has over 400 students. Emily.Today, I also visited Panama Road school to donate stationery. Panama Road School is a decile one primary school located in Mount Wellington with most students having Māori or Pacific heritage. Emily.Today I donated to Panmure Bridge School. I found out that this school asks the students buy the stationery but if they haven’t in two weeks then the school has to buy it for the students as the students need the stationery and exercise books to learn. I hope this stationery donation helps the students and takes the financial pressure off this school from purchasing stationery for the students. Emily. The third school I donated to today is Hay Park School. This is a decile two primary school located in Mount Roskill. The stationery donated included exercise books, binders, pencils, felt tip pens, glue sticks, printing paper, clear files, cellotape, colouring pencils, staplers and hole punches. Thank you to all those who have donated stationery to Paper Pens Pencils, it has been greatly appreciated by students and teachers. Emily.I donated stationery to a decile 1 school in Otara, Sir Edmund Hillary Collegiate which has students from Years 1 to 13. I was able to meet with the Principal where she told me how previous stationery donations from Paper Pens Pencils had been incredibly helpful. They really appreciate the support as they have to spend a lot of money on stationery, particularly on more expensive items such as NCEA textbooks and graphics calculators for senior classes. Emily.Thank you to Colenso BBDO for thinking of Paper Pens Pencils when looking for a place to donate their stationery and office supplies. Colenso BBDO donated boxes of stationery containing hole punches, calculators, staplers, scissors, cellotape and correction tape. It is great to be able to give this stationery a new home where it will be utilised by the students and teachers at low decile schools in Auckland.
